From now on, you don’t have to worry about the safety or possible abuse of your stolen or lost Visa payment cards.
Visa Classic Revolving KBC Banka’s payment cards as well as Visa Bussines Electron and Visa Business Classic Revolving, issued from April 1, 2011 have travel insurance.
Travel insurance covers the following costs:
- sudden and urgent medical costs,
- costs of urgent medical transport,
- costs of salvage,
- costs of an unforeseen travel of the spouse and supported children after the occurrence of an accident,
- travel service - information on destination, time, currency... before and during the trip (once a month),
- organization of legal and medical assistance while traveling,
- other costs in accordance with the general conditions for the combined financial loss insurance of payment card beneficiaries.
This type of insurance not only provides the card user (the person whose name appears on the card), but also the spouse and dependent children under 25 years of age (if they are traveling with card user).
Travel insurance applies to the main and additional cards and is valid only outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
All Visa cards have insurance against theft, loss or skimming which is valid worldwide.

In case of lost or stolen KBC Banka’s Visa payment card, claim payment up to agreed insured amount covers following costs:
- costs resulting from the unauthorized usage of the payment card and even the interest if it should result from the occurring costs except of costs that occurred more than 72 hours before the notification, theft or losses shall be compensated to the bank; obligatory reporting of theft to the Ministry of Internal affairs,
- costs of blocking and replacement of the missing payment card,
- costs of replacement of documents and keys that disappeared together with the payment card.

Covers costs resulting from the unauthorized usage of the data from the original payment card and its further unauthorized misusage, occurred within 45 days prior to the misusage claim to the bank.
Insurance costs are not charged separately. They are included in the cost of current account maintenance / annual payment card membership fee.
