Student Online
KBC Banka prepared a new product specially designed for the students of all state and private faculties in Serbia - Student Online.
Student Online enables the use of a great number of products and services:
- RSD current account - without the collection of fee for opening, with the monthly maintenance fee in the amount of 15 RSD
- Foreign currency current account - without charging the fee for opening and monthly maintenance of the account;
- DinaCard debit payment cards - without charging the issuance and annual membership fees
- Visa Electron debit payment cards - without charging of annual membership fee; one-off fee for card issuance in the amount of 200 RSD
- Online Banking - most contemporary version of retail e-banking
- monthly maintenance fee in the amount of 15 RSD
- non-cash transfers in RSD to the account in other bank (via computer or mobile phone) in the amount of 0,24% (minimum 8 RSD, maximum 2.400 RSD)
- SMS notification - at price up to 50% lower than the regular price:
- SMS notifications on inflow/outflow - 3 RSD
- SMS notifications on account balance - 5 RSD
Additional advantages for users of payment cards of KBC Banka:
- Recharging of prepaid credit on ATMs
- Payment of bills via bar code readers
- Internet payment via DinaCard payment cards
- Cash-in ATM
- SMS payment – of prepaid supplements and post-paid bills in MTS network
- Consumption limit per debit
Student Online users are obligated, as long as they hold the status of students to submit to the Sub-Branch in which they submitted the Request for use of product, the certificate on student status until the end of October (enrollment into the next year of studies or renewed year of studies). If the product user does not submit in time the requested certificate or loses the student status, he will automatically lose the right to use the Student Online and will be registered as the user of current account with Online Banking service from the regular offer.
All Student Online users have the possibility to receive the specification of services used within the month (number of sold SMS messages on inflow, outflow, etc.). The period for submitting complaints is 30 days from the day when the fee was charged.
