Payment of landline phone bills via SMS

All users of debit and credit DinaCard cards of KBC Banka that are either postpaid or prepaid users of MTS Network, now have the possibility to pay their landline phone bills via SMS.

In this way our clients can pay their or someone else’s landline phone bills anytime and anywhere even while in roaming. Besides the landline phone bill our clients can also pay bills for Open ADSL, Open IPTV, Web and Mail Hosting. If the client is using more than one service of Telekom, sending an SMS will pay the total bill for all the services the client is using; for example: the user has a landline and uses ADSL, monthly bill for both of those services will be paid via SMS.

In order to use this service, you need to register yourself by filling in the Request at any KBC Banka’s branch office. This service is free of charge, i.e. the Bank does not charge commission for this service.

Recharging of prepaid credit on ATMs

We enabled all the users of debit and credit DinaCard payment cards the service of recharging of prepaid credit on KBC Banka ATMs. This service is free of charge and available to users of all mobile operator networks in Serbia (MTS, VIP, Telenor).

Prepaid supplement on ATMs can be paid by all the users of DinaCard payment cards:

Recharging of prepaid credit can be executed both for personal or any other number in the framework of these networks.

ATM provides the possibility of selection of defined amounts of supplement, as well as the possibility to enter the amount of supplement yourself. The minimum amount of prepaid supplement is 200 RSD, and the maximum is 5,000 RSD per transaction.

As a confirmation of the successfully executed transaction you receive the slip with printed all the data on prepaid supplement, and the user whose credit has been supplemented will receive an SMS.

Upon the execution of transaction, the account to which the DinaCard card is related (current or credit) will be directly debited for the amout of requested supplement, as the Bank does not charge commission for the given service.

Payment of bill via bar code

We enabled all the users of debit and credit DinaCard payment cards the service of payment of residential maintenance and electricity (Infostan and Elektrodistribucija Beograd) bills on KBC Banka ATMs in Belgrade.

The payment via the bar code readers on ATMs can be performed by all the users of DinaCard payment cards:

Bar code reader functions in line with the principle of reading the data entered on the bar code; in case there is a discount for certain bills if the payment is executed until the deadline stated on the payment slip, the discount will be calculated automatically, i.e. subtracted from the total amount on the payment slip. In the bar code of Infostan the amount is defined and cannot be changed (amount from the payment slip is the amount being paid), while for the payment of electricity bill there is a possibility of entry of desired amount.

Upon the execution of transaction, the account to which the DinaCard card is related (current or credit) will be directly debited for the amount you want to pay – the Bank does not charge commission for payment of bills in this way.

Internet payment via Dina Card payment cards

The increasingly dynamic way of life and lack of free time cotributed to the populariity of purchase via the internet. The purchase via the internet offers numerous advantages: you can buy at any time and from any place!

KBC Banka provides all its users with the service of payment via internet, on the websites of acceptants of DinaCard card. The service is free of charge, i.e. the Bank does not charge commission for executed transactions.

If you want to use its DinaCard card on the Internet, you need to submit the
Request for Internet payment via DinaCard card at any Branch of KBC Banka and set the daily limit (25.000 RSD, 50.000 RSD or 100.000 RSD).

Cash-in ATM

In order to meet the contemporary demands of the market and constant innovations introduced in order to fulfill the requirements of the users of our services, the latest model of Cash-in ATM will become operational in the KBC Banka Branch in Takovska 25 in Belgrade.

Cash-in ATM is a new type of ATM on our market which, besides classic services, provides the options of cash payments. Users are enabled to make payments 24 hours a day seven days a week, regardless of the Bank’s working hours.

Service of cash payment on the Cash-in ATM is intended for physical persons and legal entities, KBC Banka clients, users of DINA and/or VISA debit and credit payment cards. In a very simple and quick way, the paid cash is immediately transferred to the current account or payment card account (account tied to the card inserted into ATM). Upon executed payment, the user receives the payment report as confirmation of successfully completed transaction.

This is the first Cash-in ATM within KBC Banka which will, due to simplicity of use, contribute to the easier and faster execution of cash transactions to the benefit of the users of our services.

Prepaid credit recharge and payment of postpaid bills via SMS message

We enabled all clients who are users of any DinaCard card to execute the following operations via SMS:

These services are free of charge, i.e. the Bank does not charge commission fot these services.

After submitting of request, the client will, within the period of 24-72 hours receive the mPIN on his mobile number submitted in the request, which will be used for confirmation of each payment and recharge of credit. The service is currently enabled only in the framework of network the user is registered in, i.e. the user of MTS network cannot recharge the credit to the user of Telenor network and vice versa.

For users of MTS network  

One client can use one or both services (payment of postpaid bill and/or recharge of prepaid credit). The client who wants to use both services will have only one mPIN. The use of both services is simple and the detailed explanation is provided in:

Clients can pay their bill or recharge credit for their number or any other number in MTS network, even if they are in roaming. Initial message for recharge of prepaid credit is not charged, except in case when the user is in roaming, in which case it is charged according to the tariff in the official price list of mobile operator.

MTS promotional campaign

MTS promotional campaign in scope of which each user who recharges the prepaid credit receives 10% credit increase is under way. Client’s bill is decreasec by the amount of credit he paid without charging the additional 10%.

Debit payment card consumption limit

If you are a user of debit payment card of KBC Banka, you have the possibility to set the card consumption limit.

Advantages of setting limit on your payment card

Limiting the consumption contributes the control and savings of your assets and at the same time provides you with the additional security from possible misuse of your cards. This service is totally free of charge.

KBC Banka offers you the following possibilites of debit card consumption limit:

  1. Limiting amount in the certain period
    This service provides you with the possibility to to set the daily, monthly or annual debit card consumption limit but keep the unlimited number of transactions. This means that you can use the card as many times as you want, but within the selected period you will be able to spend only the amount of cash you defined by the limit.
    Example: consumption limit on your debit card is 2,000 RSD per day. .
  2. Limiting the number of transactions in the certain period  
    Regardless of the consumption amount, you have the possibility to limit the number of transactions on the daily, monthly or annual level. In this case, you will be able to spend the amount of money you have on your current account, but you will be able to use the card only the limited number of times you specified.
    Example: limit on your card is na 3 transactions per day.
  3. Simultanious limiting the amount and number of transactions in the certain period  
    This service enables the simultanious limiting the amount and number of transactions on the daily, monthly or annual level. You can spend the limited amount in the fewer number of transactions than the limited number.
    Example: limit on your card is 10,000 RSD per month, with maximum 5 transactions.

Main service characteristics and approval process

  1. Payment card asset consumption limit applies to:
    • Dina and Visa debit cards
    • Main and additional cards
    • Cards issued to physical and legal entities.
  2. Possibility to set the payment card limit is given to physical and legal entities, all payment card users older than 16.
  3. Limits can be determined for the period of one day, one month or one year (setting limits on two periods at the same time is not possible).
  4. Consumption limit is the amount of assets which can be spent in the defined period. Limit does not represent the amount of available asserts on the card (example: the client has 10,000 RSD on the account, and he set the daily consumption limit in the amount of 3,000 RSD – in this case, the client can spend only the limited amount of 3,000 RSD in course of one day).
  5. You may set the limits  on the main or additional card or simultaniously on both cards. The limits are defined for each individual card separately.
  6. There are no conditions for determining consumption limits. The amount of regular income and the amount of deposit do not affect the consumption limit. There are no limitation, except those defined by the user of the main card/client submitting the request for setting the limit.
  7. The remaining part of the unspent assets within a certain  consumption limit cannot be transferred to the next period. The unspent assets remain on the current account and you can withdraw them / spend them in other ways, but not with card.
  8. Limit for cash withdrawal on ATMs for legal entities is maximum 100,000 RSD per day (no limits on the number of transactions), and there is no such limit for physical persons either on ATM or the bank counter.

Procedure for approval and use of limit is very simple. It is sufficient to just fill in the Request in any KBC Banka Branch and your cards will be limited in the shortest possible period.
