By using all the advantages of contemporary Bank operation (which is the integral part of the world-known and recognized banking system), our client can fulfil all the financial requests of his international partners, both in terms of security of all types of international operations, and in terms of payment and collection, in the safest way for both the client - buyer and the client - seller on the world market.
For securing of payments and all types of performance (goods, services and other actions), the Bank will, on the request of client, issue the corresponding guarantee type, taking over the irrevocable obligation to pay the certain amount of money upon the call of the client and in the name and to the benefit of the client, in case when the client fails to settle his liability and in order to make him more secure and competitive on the international market. Request for issuance of guarantee is submitted to the Bank in the written form with enclosed document as evidence on existence of legal basis of work with the international partner.
Letters of credit
As the payment/collection instrument by means of document, the letter of credit has a special place in the international payments, both owing to the security it offers to all parties and the fact that the operation by means of letter of credit is regulated by the Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCPDC rev. 2007, pub. 600) accepted in the majority of world countries - participants in the world trade operations, which contributed to overcoming the problems of diversity of legal regulative in trade and finances on the global level.
The request for opening of the letter of credit is submitted to the Bank on the appropriate form with the enclosed document which is the evidence of the (legal basis) of work with the international partner.
If you appear on the international scene in the role of seller/exporter, the letter of credit provides you with the opportunity to concede your receivables on the basis of collection of executed export to the Bank under certain conditions. Do not forget, you can concede (forfeit) only the receivables which were preceded by the presentation of valid documents.
Represents the form of payment and collection of goods by presentation of documents which do not have the strict uniformity as letters of credit, and although they are also regulated by the international rules, they are recommended to the partners who already have the mutual trust acquired though previous business cooperation. Beside the payment/collection of documents, collecting also includes the receipt and sending of bills of exchange as well as the international cheques.
In order to use any convenience of operation through our Bank, under the condition that you are the client of the Bank, it is necessary to submit your request to the corresponding unit.
