KBC Banka is offering to its clients opening and maintaining current account for legal entities and entrepreneurs. Also corporate clients can open special purpose account according to relevant laws and regulations.

Opening an account is completely free, done according to very simple procedure, and available in more than 30 cities and towns in the entire country.

Requested documents necessary for opening account vary upon the type of the business (Business Company, enterprise, social organizations, political organizations, religious groups and other legal entities)

Foreign currency account

KBC Banka AD Belgrade opens and maintains foreign currency accounts for companies and entrepreneurs without fees.

Your foreign currency is at your disposal on the day of its delivery from abroad and value date for foreign payments is the following working day.
The network of our correspondent and account-maintaining banks provides fast and efficient international payment operations at attractive price.

If you instruct the Bank to sell foreign currency, dinars will be put down to your account within half an hour.
Reports and statements of an account and daily transaction are sent by mail to your address, and soon we will provide that all our clients can use eBanking services for foreign currency operations free of charge.

Non-resident accounts

KBC Banka AD Belgrade opens and maintains non-resident accounts in domestic and foreign currency for foreign legal entities, in compliance with Law on Foreign Exchange Operations and Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering. Beside regular non-resident accounts, we also open and maintain non-resident accounts for the purposes of foreign representative offices registered in the Republic of Serbia.

Documents on founders whose ownership stake is not less than 25% (for private individuals - a copy of the passport, for legal entities - all documents are the same as those needed for a company that opens an account; if the founders are also founded by legal entities with ownership stake exceeding 25% , it is necessary to submit the same documents for them, and this applies to all involved entities down to end founders - private individuals - the actual owner of the legal entity which opens the current account)

Special purpose accounts

KBC Banka AD Belgrade opens and maintains special accounts on the basis of particular activities performed by our clients. It includes special-purpose accounts for securities trading, for trade of bonds issued pursuant to the Law on the Settlement of Public Debt of the FR Yugoslavia arising from the citizens' Foreign Exchange Savings, various special-purpose deposit accounts and other special-purpose accounts according to needs of our clients. Special-purpose account for buying or selling of shares

KBC Banka AD Beograd is the member of the Central securities depository and clearing house since 2001. As the member of the Central securities depository, the Bank has the possibility of opening and maintenance of RSD and FX special-purpose accounts for securities, and also the opening and maintenance of proprietary accounts.

Stock trade and trade in bonds of the Republic of Serbia

If you want to deal in shares on the Belgrade stock exchange, you need to open the RSD special-purpose account for buying or selling of shares. If you want to trade in bonds of the Republic of Serbia on the Belgrade stock exchange, you need to open a foreign currency special-purpose account for buying or selling of shares. To open the special-purpose account for stock trade, you need to have a Contract on opening and maintenance of proprietary account concluded with the broker firm.

You can withdraw the assets from the special-purpose account for buying of securities with the confirmation of broker firm that you do not have unrealized buy orders.
